FAQ

Questions and answers

Can an Erasmus student terminate the agreement early?

A fixed-term agreement can only be terminated on grounds written into it. In the generator, tick e.g. a change of place of study or work as a ground on the tenant's side – it will appear in both language versions.

Which version of the agreement prevails?

Polish. The Spanish translation helps understand the agreement, and the clause on the binding Polish version is written in both languages.

How should a Spanish-speaking tenant pay the deposit?

Ideally by bank transfer to a Polish account in złoty – that way the amount and date are documented. The deposit is returned within one month of vacating the flat, after deducting any claims.

Does the translation cover room rentals?

Yes. The Spanish version is available for all agreement types: flat rental, room rental and occasional lease.
